| From the Interstate 10W freeway, exit on Lincoln Blvd, make a left turn heading South on Lincoln Blvd. Take a left turn on Rose, and an immediate right turn into the alley behind the 76 Gas station, which leads to our FREE parking located to the rear of the building. |

| Cancellation Policies |
| Vitality Heath Center does require 24 business hours notice for cancellation of all services. Cancellation for services within 24 hours for the next business day may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. |
