Joseph H. Pilates originally developed this technique for the rehabilitation of WWI soldiers. The art of Pilates focuses specifically on flexibility, strength, development of posture and core stabilization. Pilates is comprised of a series of controlled movements that range from mat work to specialized equipment utilizing a progressive spring system. Our trained Pilates instructors will be able to help you along each step of your transformation as you work both your body and mind.
